A key element of North County Fire/EMS's organizational philosophy is having a high level of commitment to the community, as well as recognizing the importance of community satisfaction.  Thus, NCRFA invites community representatives to provide feedback on the services provided by the Fire Authority, by being part of the next community-based strategic plan.  If you would like to participate in the December process on December 7 from 0800-1100, please contact Theresa Ramey at tramey@northcountyfireems.com. The process will consist of several surveys and in-person meetings with a third-party administrator guiding the NCRFA's next five-year Strategic Plan.
