North County Fire & EMS is proud to offer our free one-hour ACT First Aid and CPR class.  This class covers the three skills most likely to save a life in the first few minutes of an emergency:

• Antidote (Narcan) for suspected opiate overdoses.
• Hands-Only CPR and AED training for cardiac arrest.
• Tourniquet for severe bleeding control.

This class is intended for adults and teens ages 13+.

Our ACT class is for information only and does not provide certification.  North County Fire & EMS does not offer certification level CPR or First Aid courses.  If you or your business needs certification level training, please follow the link below.
